High-Velocity eComm Design

EyeBuyDirect is a leader in the digital optical space, requiring a design language that is as precise as its products. My role focused on accelerating growth through high-performance digital touchpoints. I led the creative execution for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring that every visual—from the first click on a landing page to the final engagement in an email—was optimized for conversion, brand loyalty, and technical excellence.

Strategy: Data-Informed Aesthetics

My strategic approach was rooted in the intersection of brand storytelling and user analytics. I moved beyond subjective design to implement a Performance Design Framework. By analyzing user behavior and conversion metrics, I developed a visual system that balanced EyeBuyDirect’s accessible brand voice with high-intent triggers. The goal was to create a seamless, trustworthy path to purchase that reduced bounce rates and maximized customer lifetime value.

Landing Page: The Conversion Engine

I architected a series of campaign-specific landing pages designed to transform high-volume traffic into active customers.

  • Optimized Hierarchy: I utilized A/B testing insights to refine the visual hierarchy, ensuring that value propositions (like BOGO offers or virtual try-ons) were prioritized to drive immediate action.

  • Responsive Precision: Every page was engineered for mobile-first speed and legibility, providing a frictionless shopping experience that maintained brand integrity across all screen sizes.

Email Design: Retention Through Relevancy

Email is a critical driver for EBD’s retention strategy. I designed a comprehensive suite of lifecycle and promotional emails that leveraged user data to deliver personalized value.

  • Metrics-Driven Layouts: By focusing on click-through rates (CTR) and heat-map data, I optimized button placements and image-to-text ratios to increase engagement.

  • Visual Consistency at Scale: I developed modular email templates that allowed for rapid deployment of global campaigns while ensuring a cohesive, "world-class" look in every inbox.

Takeaway: Design as a Growth Lever

The EyeBuyDirect project demonstrates my ability to deliver design at scale. By treating marketing assets as measurable product features, I helped bridge the gap between creative vision and revenue goals. This work highlights my expertise in the e-commerce sector, proving that a meticulous, data-backed design strategy is the most effective tool for building institutional trust and driving consistent market growth.
