My Role at RiseSmart
My immediate goal was to enhance their brand image, which had been the major obstacle to their MVP app launch. I focused on creating a strategy that centered around integrating human-focused visuals and emotional triggers, both of which were vital to the success of their coaching app.
As part of the first launch of a new product, I played an active role in ensuring a seamless and efficient end-to-end product flow. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I collaborated with product managers, designers, developers, and quality assurance (QA) engineers to identify requirements, design needs, and development priorities.
